Acupuncture
Very fine needles placed at specific points on the body to ease pain and support the body’s own healing.

Acupressure

Sujok Therapy
A Korean method that treats the whole body through matching points on the hands and feet.
Suits
- People who want a gentle treatment on the hands and feet only
- Elderly patients and people with limited mobility
- People who want something they can continue at home with seeds
Not sure which one you need?
You do not have to choose. Tell the practitioner about your complaint, and the method is decided after an assessment. If you would rather avoid needles, say so: acupressure and sujok are available.
